How We Started

Our school was established in 1956.  The first staff members were the School Sisters of Saint Francis.  They served the school from 1956-1961.  From 1961-1968 the  Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word took over. Lay teachers then entirely staffed the school until 1977 when the Sisters of Mercy supplied half of the staff for seven  years.  At the present time the staff is comprised of lay teachers (who do a great job) and Janie Theobald as our principal.
