Essential Information

One class session on a Tuesday evening, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at M. I. Parish Center. All Parents, Godparents and local Grandparents are encouraged to attend.

✝ The parish bulletin invites pre-registration for the sacrament. Call the Parish Office to pre-register: 665-2466. When three Families have pre-registered, a class is scheduled. You will be contacted personally by phone or e-mail of the date.

✝ Parent/s and Family should be registered members of Mary Immaculate or St. Rose. We also serve members of the Catholic Newman Center.
 
✝ A Godparent must be a fully initiated, actively participating Catholic. One Roman Catholic Godparent is required by Church law. Faithful Christians may serve as a Witness.

✝ A letter of participation and active membership will be provided to pastors for celebration of Baptism in another parish or to serve as a Godparent elsewhere.

Agape Meal served in M.I. cafeteria- Hosts: Parish 3
rd Grade Families
followed by a required First Reconciliation Workshop for Parents with Fr. Chris Cordes, DRE Pat Lehr & Catechists and First Reconciliation activities/workshop for ALL the children in the Parish Center.
Event ends by 2:30 p.m.

Agape Meal served in M.I. cafeteria- Hosts: Youth Ministry/Confirmation Families
followed by a required First Eucharist Workshop for Parents
with Fr. Chris Cordes, DRE Pat Lehr & Catechists in MI School cafeteria
and First Eucharist activities/workshop for ALL children in the Parish Center.
Event ends by 2:30 p.m.

Copy of Baptismal certificate due Jan. 10, 2010.
