The 2009 Mary Immaculate School golf tournament committee presented a check for $9,400 to Father Chris Cordes, Pastor of Mary Immaculate Parish in Kirksville and Sister Ruth Ann Klauser, Principal of Mary Immaculate School. Over the past twelve years, all funds raised through the annual golf tournament have been donated to the School to support the campus infrastructure. Total proceeds for the twelve years exceed $65,000. Projects supported by Golf Tournament proceeds include: a new gym floor, new sidewalks in front of the school, new cafeteria floor, new playground equipment, fence and sliding gate, and a new school intercom system.
